THE GLOVE GURU - Glove Break-In Service

Breaking in a glove takes a lot of time and hard work. If you don't break in gloves very often it is something that you can mess up. Our team learned from Uncle Leeroy, The Glove Guru. He was a minor league ball player with a bright future until he was severely injured while flying a helicopter during the Vietnam War and couldn't continue playing baseball. That's when Uncle Leeroy developed a new passion of breaking in ball gloves. While we have added some new machinery to our current glove break-in service many of the original methods, techniques and certainly the passion developed by Uncle Leeroy have been passed down to multiple generations. Our staff loves breaking gloves in and shaping them the right way just like Uncle Leeroy did. So, of you would like us to save you time and do all the heavy lifting, select our break-in service when you purchase your Resilient Glove. We get the glove about 75-80% broken in, saving you WEEKS or MONTHS of effort!! Then you just need to play catch for 3-4 days and let the glove mold to "your hand" and you are ready to roll.

FOUNDERS STORY

A dad was looking for a better fitting glove for his young ball player. Traditional gloves required special tools to only be able to adjust the glove 1 slot. Velcro strap models were suitable day 1, but once they became dirty, the velcro did not stick. So that is why Resilient developed ball gloves featuring our patented G-Lock design.
