Free Returns on Stock Gloves 
For softball gloves that we carry in stock, you have 30 days from the date the glove is shipped to decide if you want to return the glove for a full refund or exchange it for another one.  This Free Returns Policy is to give you a chance to see and feel the glove in person  the same as you would if you were to visit a store in person.  This is a "try on" not a "try out" arrangement.  Once received, if you do not like the way it looks or feels you can log into our Return portal (see Tracking link below), print out a return shipping label and return the glove to the shipping company in the box that we shipped to you with the shipping label affixed.  The glove must have the Resilient SFBL tags and we can't accept gloves that are dirty or show clear signs of wear. Please do not use any oil or conditioner until you are certain that you are going to keep the glove as this will void the return policy. Custom gloves that are ordered are not eligible for free returns.
